We visited the newly renovated National Museum on Deepavali. It was quite nicely done. The whole family went and the first thing that happened as we walked in was that I got wet! I put Arannatee's diaper bag on what I thought was a solid surface but turned out to be a water filled wall! Oops. The whole bag got wet and my skirt as well.
Arannatee had a grand old time making rangoli with coloured rice and glue. She completed 3 plates worth! We did not have time for the henna painting but I'm sure we can do it ourselves.
